Our Founder
Meet the founder, Boris Santana
Boris brings over 11 years of experience in the field of urban planning and development. He started his career in the public sector before transitioning to private consultancy, where he played a pivotal role in multi-disciplinary, state significant projects.
Boris’ expertise also extends to the NSW LEC, where he served as an expert planning witness on behalf of LCC across many complex Class 1 appeals. His deep knowledge and unwavering commitment to deliver great development outcomes played their role in achieving successful results in each LEC appeal.
Boris continuously strives for client satisfaction in each project that he undertakes, and has been recognised by his clients as an asset for his commitment and thoughtful approach. His experience, expertise and dedication make him a valuable addition to any team.
Boris is also a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) with Planning Institute of Australia (PIA), a scheme that identifies and promotes high-calibre planners, and provides quality assurance for EISs.
